The Earth Federation's iconic first mass-produced mobile suit, the GM, makes a return!

The GM from the Earth Federation joins Robot Spirits Ver. A.N.I.M.E. series of hyper-posable, "anime accurate" action figures. This RGM-79 GM is meticulously designed to recreate the memorable scene from the classic anime where Char's Z'Gok impales a GM with its claw.

True to all "Ver. ANIME" figures, this GM features an accurate color scheme, precise proportions, and authentic accessories, perfectly replicating its anime counterpart.

Accessories included:
  • Beam-spray gun
  • Hyper bazooka
  • Shield mounting joint
  • Shield grip
  • Shield
  • Beam saber grip
  • Beam spray effect part
  • Long beam saber
  • Curved beam saber
  • 4 pairs of interchangeable hands
  • Hand-storage rack
  • 2 angled vernier effects
  • 4 straight vernier effects
  • Stickers
NOTE: Gundam's beam rifle (sold separately)

The RGM-79 GM, also known as "Jim," was the Earth Federation's first mass-produced mobile suit, debuting in Mobile Suit Gundam. Based on the RX-78-2 Gundam, the GM featured a versatile frame suitable for various mission-specific modifications. It boasted high mobility both on Earth and in space, with a maximum acceleration of 0.94 Gs in space, outperforming the Gundam and doubling the Zaku's acceleration. On Earth, it was also faster than the Zaku II.

The GM's armor was made of Titanium Alloy, which was lighter and easier to refine than the Gundam's Luna Titanium Alloy, though less durable. This alloy made the GM lighter than the Gundam and still superior to the Zaku II's armor. The GM was typically armed with a beam spray gun, capable of destroying mobile suits in one shot, though initially, it used machine guns until the beam spray gun was mass-produced. It could also use the Gundam's beam rifle and a mass production version of the Hyper Bazooka. For close combat, the GM had a beam saber and a shield similar to the Gundam's. Some commander units had a second beam saber. Additionally, the GM featured head-mounted 60mm vulcan guns for missile interception and close-range defense.

The GM initiated the RGM series, which continued to be the Federation's main mass-produced mobile suits until the Federation's dissolution.
