A 1/144 Alpha Azieru to Join Megahouse MACHINE BUILD Series?

I'd take a 1/144 Alpha Azieru any day!

Machine Build: Alpha Azieru
Release Date: TBD
Price: TBD

The model is still in planning stage.

The iconic NZ-333 α Azieru, also known as Alpha Azieru, is in plans to join the Megahouse MACHINE BUILD series. This series is renowned for its semi-pre-built models that meticulously capture the features and structure of machines, offering a high level of detail and realism.

The Alpha Azieru is a powerful Newtype-use mobile armor that debuted in the film Char's Counterattack. The Alpha Azieru, piloted by the character Quess Paraya, is known for its commanding presence and sophisticated powers, making it a widely anticipated addition to the MACHINE BUILD lineup.

The last Gundam universe entry in the MACHINE BUILD series was the 1/144 Skiure from the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn series. This model was well-received for its elaborate design and accurate reproduction, establishing a high bar for subsequent releases.

While the precise scale of the next Alpha Azieru model has yet to be announced, Megahouse has hinted at an intriguing potential. The manufacturer has claimed that the model may be designed to be compatible with the High Grade (HG) series, implying a scale of approximately 1/144. This would allow enthusiasts to include the Alpha Azieru into their existing HG models, resulting in dynamic and unified displays.

As of now, full specifications and release dates remain unknown...fans and collectors are eagerly awaiting additional developments, anticipating Megahouse's next masterpiece that will certainly capture the soul and majesty of Alpha Azieru.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available.

  1. it looks like it's going to be a bust model. knowing megahouse is so freaking expensive this must cost a fortune if they make one in 1/144...

  2. This would be amazing, but it just isn't feasible...the whole thing would be like 75cm tall.

  3. I suppose this will be good enough since there's no HGUC kit
